Cave
Creek offers assisted living care for ambulatory residents
who may have disabilities causing them to require a home which
provides 24-hour supervision and professional oversight of
medication, doctor's orders and personal care. Cave Creek's
staff is experienced in dealing with dementia, confusion or
mental illnesses, along with normal medical problems associated
with aging.
Cave Creek has professional staffing to meet the needs of
Residential, Assisted, and Intensive Assisted Levels of Care.
It requires no entrance fee. Call us for the reasonable monthly
rates for residential level care in a semi-private room. This
includes dining, daily housekeeping, personal laundry, linens,
medication administration and personal care assistance. Private
rooms are also available. Cost is determined by the level

Cave Creek offers planned activities at
the facility, as well as, recreational outings, weekly trips
to Roanoke for shopping and transportation to appointments.
Cave Creek is licensed by the Virginia Department of Social
Services.
Cave Creek is approved by the Salem Veterans Administration
Residential Care Program. Veterans who qualify for pension
based on need, may qualify for "aid and attendance"
pension, enabling them to afford care. Staff will assist
with paper work and help you through the application process.
